Why are my messages over the limit?
In order to prevent spamming, we limit the number of IM conversation partners you can have. We will automatically allow you to start a new conversation with one person for every IM conversation partner you stop sending IMs to for a period of 24 hours. Please note that you can still continue exchanging IMs with your conversation partners you have already started a converation with as normal.
